Scope
Timekeepers is a marketplace connecting independent artisans with users who want to attend workshops. Timekeepers does not provide the experiences and is not a travel organizer.
Artisan responsibility
The artisan declares to operate in compliance with applicable regulations, including workplace safety, and assumes responsibility towards participants for the organization and delivery of the workshop.
Commission
Timekeepers retains a 10% commission on the sold workshop price. The artisan receives the remaining 90% via Stripe Connect.
Cancellations
The cancellation policy is the one stated on the experience page. If the artisan cancels, the customer receives a full refund.
Reviews
Reviews are allowed only when tied to a completed booking. Timekeepers may moderate abusive content.
Governing law
Italian law. For consumers, mandatory residence venue applies. For artisans, agreed venue is Florence.
